CRA utilizes a Political Action Committee, California Retailers Good Government Council, an Independent Expenditure Committee and Issues Committee to maximize key political relationships. In 2009-2010 CRA provided more than four times the amount of support than any other industry association in the state. Through CRA the industry can pool their financial support to maximize their impact in Sacramento.
