Rachel Michelin: “ORC is a growing problem and we are seeing the level of violence increase in California. CRA is collaborating with the California Organized Retail Crime Association (CalORCA) to educate policymakers, law enforcement, district attorneys and other stakeholders so we can all get on the same page. There’s a lot of finger pointing on this issue and we need to focus on solutions and move forward with them so we can have safer communities and shopping throughout the state.
