Back-to-school shopping has now changed from traditional supplies to electronics. Rachel Michelin, President California Retailers Association, says parents are investing more because of how abruptly school ended last year.
As the push to wear masks and face coverings continues, retailers are often finding themselves in the middle. Starting today Best Buy and Starbucks will require masks in stores nationwide, even in states or cities that don’t require them to do so.
